Purrfectly Peppy Veterinary Hospital - Website Redesign

The goal of this redesign was to address usability issues highlighted in a VOC survey, including poor navigation, unorganized content, and a lack of accessibility.

I focused on improving navigation, visual hierarchy, and content organization to align with Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG).

The updated design features a top-positioned, clearly labeled navigation bar, high-contrast text for readability, and a consistent layout across pages.

Key design changes included implementing clear headers and sub-headers for content structure and using a color palette that reflects the brand’s identity while ensuring accessibility.

Iteration involved refining button labels, adjusting the hero image to ensure text visibility, and reorganizing the homepage layout for better user engagement.

The final design improves usability, accessibility, and brand consistency, creating a smoother, more engaging experience for users.
